It’s pau hana time!!! We had a real good run over the last 20 years — we made a bunch of records and got to see the world doing it. We seriously couldn’t have asked for more! All good things must come to an end, though — so, let’s party! GJG shows are always a party and this last one should be the most epic one of them all!!! Featuring…
1 giant GJG set starting with our 1st album “Slow Time” and ending with our 5th, “Go Jimmy Go” — filled with special guests and GJG alumni!
Jesse Wagner of The Aggrolites is our very special guest and we’ve put an All-Star band together just for him! Make plans to be there early because the Jesse Wagner All-Stars will straight-up murder a set of classic soul and reggae tunes like none other!
Monkey will be opening up the festivities with their 6 piece high-energy organ driven, ska and reggae sound! You definitely don’t want to miss “the hardest working ska band in California” who will also be celebrating their 20th Anniversary!
There’s are dozens of you flying in from all over the place, so we’ve planned a few fun tie-in events for the occasion! Make plans to be at the Go Jimmy Go “A Hui Hou” MEET & GREET @ La Mariana — the oldest tiki bar in Hawaii and location of our Fishbowl Eyes album and promo — Friday 1/15/16 from 5-8 pm where we can catch-up and talk story while sipping on some of the best homemade Mai Tais and Zombies in the islands! We’ll then take the party to our old stomping grounds, Anna O’Brien’s, for the Go Jimmy Go “A Hui Hou” PRE-PARTY from 9 pm – 1 am featuring the California ska and reggae sound of Monkey!
Please, please, please share this message with everyone and post it everywhere! See you at the big show…a hui hou!
